Passport America App for Amazon Fire Phone (TM) now available! NEW

We are happy to announce our new app for Amazon Fire Phone(TM) is now available. You can download it for FREE now by going here (you can also use the same link to download our app for Kindle Fire tablets - see bottom of this article for differences between tablet and phone apps).

Here is a list of features:

• Location based campground search that allows you to specify the distance radius. 
• View campgrounds in each state on a map or in a list.
• Sorting features to make finding a Passport America Participating Campground even easier!
• Search from anywhere in the app.
• Campground Photos are available right on the campground page (no longer have to press a button to view photos).
• Unlimited favorites! Favorites are now accessible from the side menu.  
• Add notes to any campground and access them from the side menu.
• Turn by turn navigation directly to any campground.
• Call Park feature directly from any campground listing.

Here are some examples to help you to easily start taking advantage of our app's features. 

While you are in the main menu (in upper left hand corner on either phone or tablet), be sure to also check out the "more" section with additional features such as your campground notes, access new Passport America Participating parks, conveniently call Passport America customer support and much more!

There are a few differences between the Fire Phone and Kindle Fire tablet apps:

Turn by Turn Directions – located in the individual campground listing. You can select the option, but it will open Google Maps* in your web browser. Be sure to use “my location” as the starting point and then tap the arrow on the right to get turn by turn directions.
