This hidden gem in the desert, Mesa Spirit offers an extensive activities and special events programs during the winter season. Events and programs are staffed and run by our many wonderful resident volunteers with the assistance and support from the Activity Team. With the wide variety of seasonal activities, you will find lots of fun and exciting things to do while at Mesa Spirit. There is something for everyone! 

The Activity Team searches for and plans outstanding programs and special events throughout the year for you to enjoy during your stay with at Mesa Spirit. An annual parade, casino trips, coffee breaks, dinners, pancake breakfasts, patio sales, special entertainment are all created with you in mind.   

Mesa Spirit offers a wide variety of seasonal activities.

There are clubs for just about anyone; Rock & Gem Club, Singles & friends, Spanish Club, Palette Club, Wood Carvers Club, Dance Clubs and Canadian Clubs – just to name a few.

Try water aerobics and other exercise classes at Mesa Spirit. 

One of the facilities best features is its large ballroom with all types of dancing on a weekly basis. If not dancing, try water aerobics and other exercise classes or go it alone in one of two on-site Fitness Centers. The resort has three heated swimming pools as well as five heated spas and lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard and pickle ball courts. If you are a craftsperson, give there are lapidary, silversmith, stain glass, woodworking, quilting, fused glass and ceramics workshops a try. That combined with our two Billiard Rooms, NAPA Horseshoe pits, a Putting Green w/ Driving nets, miniature golf course, a Library and picnic areas with gas BBQs makes it difficult to be bored. The resort is also "Pet Friendly" with specific areas set aside for you and your four legged friend, including three fenced in dog runs.  

For your health and well being, there are volunteer RN’s Massage Therapists by appointment, a medical equipment loan closet, and a Dr’s Suite.  Finally, for your spiritual well-being, we offer a non-denominational church service each Sunday as well as other spiritual related activities.
